About Cleanzo
What we do
Cleanzo is a home-cleaning marketplace built for Bengaluru. You open the app, pick what you need cleaned - the kitchen, a bathroom, a full 3 BHK, a tired sofa - choose a slot, and a verified professional shows up with their own supplies, on time, with a fixed price you saw upfront. That is the whole product. We don't sell ten unrelated services; we do one thing and we try to do it really well.
Who we're for
We're for people who don't want to spend Sunday morning negotiating a deep clean over WhatsApp. We're for renters who need a move-out clean that will actually get the deposit back. We're for parents who don't have a free hour to coordinate three different vendors. We're for elderly residents who want to know that the person at the door has been background-checked. If you've ever scrolled through a generic listings app, called five numbers, and ended up cleaning the place yourself - we built Cleanzo for you.
Our promise
Three things, every booking:
- Verified pros. Every Partner has been through ID verification, an in-person interview, a skills assessment, and a police-clearance check. We rate them after every job; the ones who slip below 4.6 stars don't get more jobs until they retrain.
- Transparent pricing. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No travel surcharge, no "extra room" surprise, no end-of-job upsell. GST is included. If a service genuinely requires on-site assessment - say, a chemical-treated sofa - we say so before you book.
- On time. Our Partners check in at your gate at the start of the slot. If they don't, we know about it before you do and we're already reassigning. If we still can't deliver on time, we own it - full refund plus a ₹150 service credit.
How we're different from generic listing sites
Most home-service apps in India are aggregators. They list whoever signs up, pass your booking to whoever is closest, and step away. If something goes wrong, you're talking to the vendor, not the platform.
We run things the other way around. Partners apply to join us, not the other way around. We train them on Cleanzo SOPs, we own the customer relationship, and we pay Partners weekly through a Razorpay-backed payout system that doesn't make them chase invoices. When you book through Cleanzo, you're not getting a referral; you're getting Cleanzo.
Why Bengaluru first
We started in Bengaluru because the founding team lives here, and because the city is hard in interesting ways. Apartment cultures, gated-community access rules, monsoon water issues, broker handovers, mid-month moves between Indiranagar and Whitefield, the gap between brochure cleaning and actual cleaning - we wanted to live with the messy reality before scaling. Bengaluru also has a deep pool of motivated service professionals looking for steadier, fairer work; we wanted to build the Partner side of the marketplace where we could see it.
Where we're going
Through 2026 we're going deep in Bengaluru - more pin codes, more service categories, weekly subscription cleans, and a small commercial-cleaning pilot for co-working spaces. By 2027 we plan to be in Hyderabad and Pune, with Chennai close behind. New cities will launch only when we have enough trained Partners on the ground; we won't switch a city on just to put a pin on a map.
