• Engineers - full-stack (Laravel, Vue/Alpine, mobile), comfortable owning features end to end
• Operations - people who can run partner onboarding, quality, and supply across Bengaluru localities
• Growth & marketing - performance, content, and local partnerships
• Customer & partner support - empathetic problem-solvers, Kannada/Hindi/English a big plus
